2025 Flexfityoga is being supported by Tendring District Council in offering free Beach Yoga this summer ..... A fantastic initiative to support mental well-being during these challenging times.
Providing accessible opportunities for relaxation and mindfulness can have a significant positive impact on people's mental health and overall well-being. It's a fantastic effort, promoting community resilience and self-care. This year all beach yoga sessions at Holland on sea are free to support everyone's mental health and wellbeing during the financial crises.
