This year all beach yoga sessions at Holland on sea are free to support everyone's mental health and wellbeing during the financial crises. FREE BEACH YOGA SEASON 2026 NO BOOKING REQUIRED !! JUST TURN UP WITH A MAT, SOME WATER AND SUN PROTECTION. FOR AGE 16+ ONLY, PLEASE DONT BRING CHILDREN ALONG TO THE SESSION. ALWAYS CHECK IN BEFORE SESSION IN CASE OF LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER ETC.
