Explore the benefits of chair yoga – a versatile practice suitable for various individuals: Seated yoga in a chair offers an excellent alternative for performing common yoga postures without bearing weight on the hips and legs. This approach is particularly beneficial for those facing challenges due to medical procedures or conditions, making yoga accessible and comfortable. Chair yoga is inclusive, catering to individuals with disabilities, impairments, or those gradually building up to more challenging standing postures. It provides a supportive environment for diverse needs and preferences.
