Alongside Pauline, we also organize community-funded chair yoga and seated dance fitness sessions at Frinton Community Association, CO13 0AU, every Friday afternoon from 3:15 PM and at Jaywick Cmmunity Resource Centre every Friday morning at 9am
These sessions offer a seated approach to fitness for those seeking flexibility and fitness in a welcoming atmosphere. No booking is required – just join us and embark on a journey to enhance your well-being. Engage in the transformative practice of chair yoga with me.
Currently, I also conduct chair yoga sessions at Headway Essex - the brain injury association, where I specialize in teaching seated yoga to individuals with acquired brain injuries. I also teach a chair yoga class at Tendring Specialist Stroke Services, specifically tailored for stroke survivors every Wednesday.
